Foundry Matchplate and Molding Core Vibrators

NAVCO® offers a complete line of pneumatic vibrating equipment for a more efficient foundry.
Special ductile iron castings enable NAVCO's foundry vibrators to be machined specifically
to withstand high temperatures and prolonged usage.* NAVCO® offers three models of foundry vibrators.
MP (Match Plate), ST (Stud Mount), and MC (Molding/Core).

Piston-driven Mold/Core Machine Vibrators are single impacting to increase the output force which ensures rapid, efficient core drawing and a smooth surface finish.

The MP series is single impacting, has steel strike plates and plated pistons for longer life. The MP's also have an internal spring for horizontal mounting. The MP series have a low initial cost and continue to save money by operating at a lower air consumption level than comparable turbine vibrators.

ST series are specifically designed for portability. The ST has all of the features of the MP, but has a stud on one end for easy changeovers and replacements.
