NAVCO Electromechanical drives (also called Rotary Electric Vibrators) are commonly used in the processing industry as a flow aid on storage bins. NAVCO Electric drives offer many inherent advantages in both design and manufacture when used to promote smooth bulk material discharge. Electric drives are also used on concrete forms to remove air bubbles.

• Over 50 sizes to choose from
• Deliver 150 up to 27,000 pounds of centrifugal force.
• 230 / 460 Volt, 3 Phase standard. Other Voltages available
• Force output is infinitely adjustable from 0 - 100% of rated maximum
• Water tight / Dust tight enclosure standard
• Available in 3600, 1800, 1200, and 900 RPM
• Insulation Class F standard. Other insulation classes available.
• Designed for continuous duty at 100% maximum force output

• A channel must be used for reinforcement
  when mounting an electromechanical vibrator.

• The reinforcement channel should extend the full length of the sloped section of the storage vessel.
  

• A plate may be welded to the channel and machined to the bolt hole specification of the vibrator.

• The vibrator should be mounted in the bottom ½ to ¼ of the sloped section (cone) of the storage vessel.
